Term & Conditions
All OF THE FOLLOWING ARE MATERIAL CONDITIONS OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT. THE RENTEE AGREES TO :

- Return the equipment in a clean condition to the Rentor at THIS LOCATION on the date and time herein specified or within twenty-four(24) hours after receipt of the equipment if the time and date are not specified. Pay a cleaning charge if the equipment is not cleaned before it is returned. Pay or reimburse Rentor for the full cost of all repairs or loss of the equipment resulting from accident, neglect, misuse or failure to return the equipment.

- Pay all rental charges at the daily or hourly rate from the time the equipment is received until it is returned. If the equipment is not returned by the date and time specified or within twenty-four(24) hours after the equipment is received. If no date and time are specified, the Rentor shall have the right to take immediate action to recover the equipment. The Rentee further agrees to pay all overtime rental charges to the Rentor or damages along with all costs and fees connected with recovery of the equipment and/or collection of the rental charge.

- Not to loan, sublet, pledge, create a lien against, dispose of, or authorize another to use the equipment without the express written permission of the Rentor. Use the equipment, materials, and chemicals in a careful and prudent manner according to the instruction furnished by the Rentor. Indemnify and hold the Rentor of the equipment and Rentor¡¯s agents free and harmless from any claim, demand, cause of action or damage arising from personal injury or property damages as a result of the use of the leased equipment or chemicals used with it, or in any manner arising our of this rental agreement, ... including, without limitation, attorney¡¯s fees and costs of suit.

AIRLESS SPRAY EQUIPMENT CAN CAUSE PHYSICAL INJURY WHEN HANDLED IMPROPERLY.

A. NEVER PUT FINGERS NEAR SPRAY TIP OR AIM GUN TOWARD ANY PART OF THE HUMAN BODY.

B. IF LEAK SHOULD OCCUR IN THE LINE OR AT ANY FITTING, IMMEDIATELY SHUT OFF THE UNIT. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STOP LEAKAGE WITH YOUR HAND OR ANY PART OF YOUR BODY.

C. NEVER ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THE SPRAY NOZZLE WITHOUT FIRST SHUTTING OFF THE UBNIT AND RELEASING THE PRESSURE. IF GUN IS EQUIPPED WITH TWIST TIP OR QUICK CHANGE ASSEMBLY, BE CAREFUL NOT TO GET FINGERS NEAR THE TIP WHEN TURNING TO CLEAN OUT TIP.

D. BE SURE THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY IS GROUNDED.

E. DO NOT SPRAY SOLVENT OR VOLATILE MATERIALS UNDER PRESSURE THROUGH THE TIP. AN EXPLOSION OR FIRE COULD RESULT FROM STATIC ELECTRICITY BUILD-UP IN FLAMMABLE VAPORS. TO PREVENT DANGER, ALWAYS REMOVE TIP BEFORE CLEANING IF FLAMMABLE SOLVENT IS BEING USED.

F. DO NOT ALLOW HOSE TO BECOME KINNED AND DO NOT ALLOW IT TO VIBRATE AGAINST ROUGH OR SHARP SURFACES.
